About us
fixkod digitalises the follow-up and documentation of property services such as cleaning, inspections and caretaking. It is built for housing companies and property managers who want to know that what they pay for actually gets done.
The supplier marks each task as completed on site using a mobile phone. Time and location are recorded automatically, with a photo when required. The property manager sees at once what has been done and what is missing. Deviations are flagged so they can be handled before they affect residents.
fixkod is always the property owner’s system. It provides a shared basis for the dialogue with suppliers and for following up contracts over time. The result is better quality for residents and more value for money.
fixkod was founded in 2023 and is based in Gävle.
