About us

We organize collaboration between business, academia and the public sector in research-based innovation.

Societal development lays the foundation for people’s everyday lives and their future. Through strategic and well-considered planning of both urban and rural areas—from the design of individual streets and buildings to overarching infrastructure and large-scale community building—we create the physical and social conditions for a safe and vibrant society across generations.

Today, this work demands more than just proven methods: it requires a deep systemic understanding and a collective ability to transition.

Our role is to serve as an independent arena and catalyst for collaboration between the business sector, academia, and the public sector. Our overarching goal is to accelerate the transition to sustainable societal development through research-based innovation.

Together, we ensure that the communities of tomorrow are created, developed, and managed responsibly within planetary boundaries.

Together, we ensure that tomorrow's societies are created, developed and managed well within the boundaries of the planet.
