Service Works Global (SWG) helps property owners collect, structure and use information about the built environment. Through market-leading system solutions, digital platforms and specialist services, we create the conditions for more efficient, data-driven and sustainable property management.
Our offering includes property systems for both commercial and residential properties, building information platforms, digital twins, BIM, drawing management and workplace services as well as a wide range of digitalisation services. Geminus is SWG´s platform for managing the built connected environment. By collecting building information, BIM models, documents, assets and data from different systems in a common data environment, a secure and quality-assured basis for data-driven decisions, integrations, AI and digital twins is created.
For property management, we offer Faciliate, a complete IWMS for operational and purpose-built properties, and Fast2, a leading property system for housing companies. The solutions support the core processes of the business and help organizations work efficiently with properties, premises, service and maintenance.
With our digitalization services, we help property owners make building information more accessible and useful in everyday life. Through AI-based methods and services such as Bimify, existing drawings, CAD documents and point clouds can be automatically converted into high-quality BIM models.
