You start with what you already have: basic building data, energy data and recent inspections. Import functions and support for completing missing data get you up and running quickly, even if your current information is scattered.

Based on the data, you create plans and scenarios for a component, a building or an entire portfolio. Forecasts show maintenance costs, component condition, and energy use and carbon emissions over time. You can compare different paths and see what it costs to act now compared to postponing.

Plans can be adjusted when priorities, goals or conditions change. You get a complete overview of all planned actions and can follow up on completed work directly in the system.
