SINOM Inspection makes condition surveys a natural part of maintenance planning. You walk the site with your phone or tablet, select property, building and component, and document the condition right where you stand. The tool also works offline, so you can inspect basements, attics and other areas without coverage, or use a tablet without a mobile connection. Everything syncs once you are back online.

For each component you get support in your assessment. The tool shows typical signs of deterioration with descriptions and reference images, such as fine cracks in brickwork, mortar recession or efflorescence, and the condition they usually correspond to. This makes assessments more consistent, no matter who carries out the inspection.

You set the condition as a percentage and rate how exposed the component is to weather and wear. Based on that, SINOM calculates how many years the component has left, as a clear range. You take photos and write notes that are saved directly in the system, linked to the right component, and can then export everything to an inspection report.

You can add recommended actions during the inspection itself. That way the draft of your maintenance plan starts taking shape while you are on site, and when you revise the plan you have a fact-based foundation to work from. You can show your board, management or politicians why an action is needed now or can wait a few years.
